PS Filter Correction
Once again
we have an "issue" with Photoshop filter incompatibilities.
We have
switched over to Photoshop 6.0 and recommend this new version
to digital darkroom builders. Its capabilities are greatly enhanced
over PS5.5 and it is well worth the upgrade. But, iNovaFX filters
that are saved from it are no longer compatible with Photoshop
5 and 5.5.
If you
have upgraded to PS 6.x then you won't see this problem--in fact,
there won't be any problem--but if you are still using Photoshop
5.5, you will find that the filters on the most recent CD Version
2.0g won't load.
The filters
were inadvertently cycled through and saved from Photoshop 6
on their way to the disk.
So here
are the filters in the form you need. Just download them and save these on
your hard disk for reference. Later, when you upgrade to Photoshop
6.x, you will be able to take advantage of all the filters on
the CD.
NOTE: VERSION
2.0g is the only version
affected by this.
To get
to the download file, you must enter the correct password. It
is on page 20 of the eBook Version 2.0g (not earlier nor later
versions), first line of body type, word number 5. Simply enter
it in the box below and the page with the folder of iNovaFX filters
for Photoshop 5.5 will be available for immediate download.
Use lowercase
letters only. (Netscape
browsers ask for it twice. Dunno why. Just enter it again.)
Note: You
really will benefit from Photoshop 6.0+. It has far superior
color handling modules and is well worth the upgrade price. No,
I don't own Adobe stock...
